If you go to our website, you can search any property listed through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in north central West Virginia. Our website also allows you to take virtual tours of a number of our properties. Our virtual tours allow you to walk through our properties, without even leaving your own home!

Our website also includes a list of our Realtors and their contact information. Even if you’ve lost a Realtor’s phone number or e mail address, you can find this information online at any time. In the coming weeks, we will be uploading bios for our realtors, as well as, video tips, making this area of our website even more helpful to our valued clients.

Although this is technically “advertising,” many of our clients appreciate that this information automatically shows up on their pages. This is yet one more way we try to make the real estate experience convenient for our valued clients.
We are now utilizing several different secure services that allow our clients to electronically sign legal documents on their phones, tablets, or computers. No matter where you are, you can sign these documents as long as you have cell or internet service – at a time that is most convenient to you!
